Our Competences
System integration of complex E/E systems
Modern vehicles are built on highly complex electrical and electronic architectures. Numerous control units, software functions, sensors, communication networks, and data sources must interact reliably as one integrated system.
We support our customers in bringing these individual components together into a stable, efficient, and secure E/E system. Our work begins with a clear understanding of the architecture. We analyze existing system structures, interfaces, communication paths, and dependencies between functions and control units. Based on this, we identify integration risks, define suitable integration steps, and ensure that subsystems and cross-sectional functions are connected in a controlled and transparent way.
We cover the full integration process: from architectural analysis and functional integration to vehicle commissioning, diagnostics, testing, and validation. This includes the integration of driver assistance systems, infotainment, energy supply systems, communication networks, and other vehicle functions into the complete vehicle environment.
A key part of our expertise lies in understanding how individual systems behave within the overall network. We analyze vehicle communication across CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and related technologies, perform root cause analysis, support DTC setup, and verify communication capability between systems. This allows us to detect inconsistencies early and ensure that system behavior remains reliable under realistic operating conditions.
Our goal is to transform individual control units and functions into a harmonious overall system. The result is a reliable, scalable, and future-proof E/E system landscape that meets the increasing demands of modern vehicle development.
