Junior E/E Data Manager (m/f/d) with Excellent Chinese Language Skills

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Junior E/E Data Manager (m/f/d) with excellent Chinese language skills. Recent graduates are explicitly encouraged to apply and are very welcome to join directly after completing their studies.
Your Responsibilities
- Contribute to processes and systems related to software, electrical/electronic (E/E), and automotive applications
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data structures and data models in the E/E domain
- Assist in ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability
- Coordinate data requirements with internal departments and international partners, particularly in China
- Support as an interface between IT, business units, and external partners
- Create and maintain data and process documentation (English/Chinese)
Your Profile
- Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience (e.g., internships or working student roles) is an advantage, but not required
- Basic understanding of processes and systems in the automotive environment, ideally in software and E/E
- Fluent Chinese language skills (written and spoken), e.g., HSK 5/6 or comparable level
- English proficiency at level C1 (fluent); German language skills are an advantage (nice to have)
- High willingness to travel worldwide
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style, combined with a high willingness to learn
